1. Booking & Payment

All bookings require a non-refundable advance payment to confirm the date. The remaining balance must be cleared 7 days prior to the event.

2. Cancellation Policy

Refunds of the advance payment depend on how far in advance you cancel: 90+ days before the event — 100% refund; 60–89 days — 80% refund; 30–59 days — 50% refund; less than 30 days — no refund.

3. Liability

Arunalaya Marriage Hall is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by third-party vendors or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Conduct

Guests and organizers are expected to maintain decorum and follow the venue's rules. Any damage to the property will be charged to the booking party.

5. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
